• Payments are processed via third-party platforms (Razorpay, Amazon, Gumroad). We do not store your payment information.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Digital products (e.g., playbooks, PDFs) are non-refundable.
• Consultations may be rescheduled once with 24-hour notice. No refunds for no-shows.
• Service engagements (audits, roadmaps, strategy) are bound by individual agreements; refunds are not offered once work begins.

4. Intellectual Property

• All frameworks, playbooks, and materials are the intellectual property of Launch Party India.
• You may not copy, distribute, or resell them without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Our advice and frameworks are provided in good faith. Results may vary by client.
• We are not liable for any business loss, revenue loss, or damages arising from use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, India.
